A few weeks ago I made this scrungly guy as a joke, and now you can 3d print him if you'd like. More to come, and if you paint up this guy for June 4th and send me a picture, you'll get the first kit when it's ready!

Waiting until I can properly sex before naming. Will also be in a separate tank from Lil Screamer until it grows out.

On Saturday, I saw that she was egged up and presenting her breeding tube. So I introduced Lil Screamer and they immediately spawned. It was super neat watching her flash her black stripes like a cuttlefish.

I then moved Lil Streamer to another tank to avoid aggression from Screamer, but she still started fading. I didn't know the importance of conditioning or take into account that she was still probably recovering from being stressed and half-starved at the LFS. I definitely should have waited another few weeks. I feel awful, both because of failing her and wasting such a rare fish.

I haven't seen any fry, yet, but Screamer is in a separate tank now and first foods are ready. Here's hoping at least a few survive and I can do better next time.
