Someone went to a lot of effort to not only remove the cartoonist's credits, but also make the joke weaker. In the original, the graffiti is a lone and comparatively small, unremarkable tag in single-line monochrome. It contrasts with the billboards and signs by being unobtrusive, making it all the more absurd that the pig notices it with such vitriol. The edited version loses the impact by making it stand out in bright color and cover the whole of the wall.

According to fox entertainment this is who we should be afraid of. I didn't know who Francesca Hong was 10 minutes ago but thankfully now I'm aware of this monster and her monsterous policies

honestly this is a real headscratcher as back in 2003-2005 it was a basic talking point of even the most ignorant warblogger that closing Hormuz was Iran's trump card, and the degree of commitment it would take from America (boots on the ground!) was the major obstacle to pushing the "wave of democritisation" that was supposed to sweep across the Middle East all the way to Tehran.

I guess (for the obvious comparison) you could look at the way the nazis took over Germany and the public service bureaucracy smoothly pivoted to implementing their insane agenda, which reminds me of the old joke about an SS officer visiting his mistress and he's feeling a little important since he's in the know about Barbarossa and he's boasting to her that soon Germany is going to invade Russia and she's curious so he shows her the map from the invasion plans and she points at the big one and says is that Germany? and he says no, that's Russia, and she says wait, has the Fuhrer seen this map??
