one of the biggest comedic elements in Teen Wolf is the utter disparity between Scott and Stiles attitude towards the supernatural - like Scott is THE teen wolf, packs of werewolves are dropping out of the sky on his way to school, his classmates are turning into lizards/demons/chimeras but he’s still like “im just a normal guy and maybe i can go on a date with Allison :) and grow up normally in a normal way” even as his eyes start glowing and he sprouts claws and fangs. meanwhile, “regular human” Stiles Stilinski can endure a maximum of 15 without an evil cult showing up before he gets bored and starts poking around for more dead bodies

actually i never did get over that scene from crooked kingdom in which wylan sees all the portraits his mother has painted of him over and over and realises just how loved he was. thanks for checking in though
