Ingredients: 1 cup chopped spinach. 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup sour cream. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Toasted baguette, for serving.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Grate Parmesan cheese, add chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to a bowl. Combine well. Move the mixture to a dish that can go in the oven. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown. While still hot, serve with toasted baguette slices.
