Jumbo Monster Cookies 

The oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, M&M's, and nuts in these Easy Monster Cookies are a delicious combination. They're ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth and making a tasty snack at parties.

Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup M&M's candies. 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter. Mix until creamy and well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until smooth. Add the oats, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until everything is well incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips, M&M's candies, and chopped nuts if using. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, enjoy these delicious monster cookies with a glass of milk or your favorite beverage!
