after 6 years in the loa/shifting community, it feels like everyone is making this up and none of this is real. I donāt want to spread negativity here but I feel like i wasted my time and itās all fake. Iām not accusing anyone with lying and I love everyone in this community sm. I just wanted to say your blog is very dear to me and has helped me a lot<33 love you sm. Iām going to leave all of this?? Maybe i wonāt idk but i just wanted to let you know you are so lovedš
hi anon!! first, i'm so happy that my blog has helped you at all, and you're so so sweet<333 thank you so much for being so lovely 𩵠i wouldn't say this is spreading negativity at ALL, this is just a real feeling and you're allowed to express it<3
so i really and truly know how this feels, i know where you're coming from and you're so valid. and truthfully, its okay to doubt. just like its okay to not believe. just like it's okay to take a break and return to it if that's what feels best.
i can sit here and tell you how real and true all of it is for forever, but that won't change anything about your belief if this is just where you are right now. and i don't mean that in a judgement way!! you're not doing anything wrong for feeling this way. i've been there too. and actually, i think the best thing i ever did was notice that i really didn't believe when i was at this point, and then choose to trust myself, and walk away. and i did, i stopped trying to manifest and shift, and instead i just focused on the present and living whatever was appearing in that moment, becoming someone who didn't desperately need those things to happen anymore. and you know what, eventually it naturally found me again. maybe that's your path, and that's okay too! there's no losing or running out of time. maybe your path is entirely different, i don't know.
the point is, the ultimate ultimate ultimate truth will always be that this is about YOU. you ARE the center of your reality. like, when we strip away all of the magical/unbelievable-sounding parts of loa and shifting, think about those ridiculously simple truths we've all been told since we were children. like: anything is possible, you can do anything, imagination will take you anywhere, think outside the box, dream big, reach for the stars, look at the glass half-full instead of half-empty, etc... all these sayings seem silly and unimportant, but maybe return to them first. they're just words, sure, but they mean as much as you let them mean. as we grow up, we start to accept things as "realistic" or "logical", but there was a time when none of that mattered and it seemed perfectly natural to believe that way.
i guess what i'm trying to say is, it is real. all of it. and it is all possible to you right now because you are really and truly everything. but if you right now feel unable to see that or accept it, there's no need to force it. maybe try to go back to the basics, slow down, connect with yourself and start slow. start with choosing to believe the "logical" unrealistic things like you can achieve any dream you have. do you know what i mean?
i guess i'd recommend one of two things, obviously i don't know everything about where you are right now, so whatever feels best! but
one: you take a break, slow down. loa/shifting will always be here, and maybe when you slow down and let things flow naturally, you'll see how spirituality never leaves you. the wholeness of what you are won't disappear when you take a break for some time. maybe it'll actually allow you to feel more present if you aren't constantly thinking about achieving something that feels impossible. maybe look into different sources for seeing spirituality in a way that truly feels aligned with YOU, feels right to you. something you see directly where it needs no proof. when i took a break, i would watch gurus on youtube and other people speaking about reality and i am ness and nonduality and all these things, and that was a time i'm really thankful for! it was the first time i truly looked into spirituality to get nothing other than clarity on what life was, not trying to achieve something i desperately felt i needed in order to feel happy. because trying to shift/manifest while thinking you need the things you desire in order to say something about your worth is contradictory.
or two. just go all in right now, right, is the other option. stop entertaining the doubts. decide right now in this moment that whether it's real or not doesn't matter, you are just going to act like it is! you're just going to try but from an acceptance that you are truly everything and nothing is separate from you, even if you don't believe.
of course, it doesn't matter. you are everything, you always will be everything. you already hold everything you desire. this is just a frame you're experiencing, your true identity is never shaken by moments like this, etc etc. but i know that can all feel like spiritual bypassing to hear when the moment feels very real and confusing. so i would say, trust yourself. do what feels right to you. you can never do this wrong. it will all always be here waiting for you.
i hope this could help!!!
sending you so much love,
