i just realized that everything is separately itself & is not tied to anything or any meaning. there’s no set context to this world. your SP kissing someone else has nothing to do with you because you already have them. you living in your parents house has nothing to do with the version of yourself that lives in their dream apartment. that sinking feeling in your chest & thoughts racing don’t mean a thing or “contaminate” your manifestation. think of every single concept in the world as independent pillars that don’t meet and you are in the centre of them all. you could either choose the “my 3D is showing me the opposite so i don’t have my desires” pillar or the “i have all my desires” pillar. there is no concept that backs up the other that is why you cannot seek out proof in your 3D & the 3D doesn’t reward you. YOU ARE THE PROOF and this isn’t a reward system. there’s no continuity so saying “i affirmed 300 times & got my desire” is just another story. all of what we experience are just stories we approve of. the stories are all options & those same options aren’t dictating your life. they are neutral unless you give them meaning.

circumstances aren’t true not only because you’ve declared that they aren’t. but because they’re not all you are. i wanna back track from my last few posts because awareness is always expanding & can never come to a conclusion. there is truth in understanding consciousness by stating “i am nothing” but i feel like that was a part of me that was trying to erase mistakes, failures and disappointing experiences. i’ve come to understand myself a little more these past few days with how i’ve been handling my life. we’re so quick to scramble for answers on how to get the thing we want instead of looking inwards on who truly wants it. is it the self that’s trying to get out of a situation & making their preferences their source of peace? or the part of self who’s simply at peace no matter the situation & not looking at manifestation as their bandaid & their 3D as a cut?

me in my undesired identity: “okay so, i fully understand what these creators are trying to say. let me focus on shifting my identity then the 3D will give it to me because it’s my reflection meaning i am reality.”

me still in my undesired identity: “this shit is not working. what am i doing wrong? the 3D isn’t changing. everything is a reflection of me so i am doing something wrong. but i shouldn’t give my power to the 3D. i’ve read all the books, written my own notes & watched all videos. the videos & books make me feel calm and relaxed. i’ve finally shifted because i feel relaxed. i’m going to chase this feeling to stay in the state of being”

**a few moments later**

me realizing it’s all me: “holy shit. who’s gonna give it to me if not me? i am reality meaning there’s no one else. why am i waiting for the 3D to give me something when i have already have it because it’s all me? nothing and no one gets a say on my reality other than me. not a feeling nor an appearance or thought. there’s no separation because it’s just me happening now”

me seeing something undesirable in my 3D and KNOWING who i am: “that has nothing to do with who i said i am. everything is happening now so i am currently experiencing my desires. i am what i am”

for the past however many years i’ve known about manifesting, this year has been the year i’ve truly expanded my awareness. i used to try to affirm to get things & hope they’d be handed to me by some outside source monitoring my every move but i have finally surrendered and have came to terms with who i am. i’m very grateful for always having hope & stubbornness to “achieve” my goals. my number 1 goal was to be a top achiever & i spent months trying to erase my mistakes. now i realized that i have it all because i am it all. i am the space in which the world is happening in, whether it be thoughts, feelings, sensations, sounds, scenes.. I AM it all. i don’t need to prove it to anyone because my true nature is indescribable, unchanged & to keep it simple…nothing at all. there’s no reference point because i have no points to refer to. all i know is that i am everything and nothing at the same time. i have access to anything i want at any given moment.

Could you please give me an example of how to do this? Let's say I'm hearing a noise (that's being conscious, right?) and if so, how do I become aware that I'm conscious of it?

whatever you’re aware of is what is possible/true depending on if you identify with experiencing it.

EVERYTHING is awareness. that is why everything is neutral because it is all the same thing. that is why you don’t need to fix your 3D circumstances because they’re just the same as your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. that is why there’s NO SEPARATION.
