Another reminder is that queerbaiting in its original term is a gimmick used specifically by writers and directors to attract an lgbtq+ audience with the promise of a queer relationship, a promise they never intend to follow through on. This is NOT the same as queer coding, also specifically used by writers and directors, but in situations where studio interference restricts the canonization of a queer character.
What's happening so far on TFATWS is SUBTEXT, which is guided by the audiences' interpretation, but not intended by the writers and directors. The counseling scene for example was improvised mostly by Mackie and Stan, so this is not queerbaiting nor coding on their part, it's two actors with great chemistry having fun working through the scene together (and if you get familiar differentiating between what's scripted and what's not, you can see it in action. Bucky saying "that's pretty close!" while smirking and Sam replying "that's what you wanted, right?" felt more to me like Stan and Mackie almost breaking character than it did intentional gay panic^tm). The gay subtext is imposed by a shipper's eye, and is absolutely no reason to harass the creators over.
Understand that not everyone is out to get you, and there is as much meaningful storytelling to tell in this series that doesn't involve romantic relationships.
