I think it's really funny that, during Ashnod's banishment, Hajar acknowledged how invaluable she had been for Mishra, but like, only because everyone else hated her so much it prevented in-fighting among the other factions on Mishra's side.
Granted, Hajar has multiple reasons in-story to not want to acknowledge her actual skills (between the Fallaji prejudices against women and the actually twisted stuff Ashnod did), but it really tickles me that he thinks they were better off with her, not because she was brilliant and level-headed, but because she was the team hate-sink that made everyone else want to work together just to spite her
