A fusion of Japanese ramen and American burger, the Ramen Burger is a delicious and unique culinary experience. It features crispy ramen noodle buns, a juicy beef patty, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients: 2 packs of ramen noodles. 1/2 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup chopped scallions. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 egg. Vegetable oil for frying. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomato.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the ramen noodles. Take them out of the water and let them cool. The cooked ramen noodles, chopped scallions, egg, and half of the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles should all be put in a bowl together. Combine well. Make 4 equal portions of the ramen mix and shape them into patties about the size of burger buns. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. The ramen patties should be fried for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Over medium-low heat, cook the ground beef in a different pan until it's browned and done. Get rid of any extra fat. Put mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix them all together to make a sauce. To put together the ramen burger, start with the ramen patty on the bottom. Then add a beef patty, a slice of tomato, and sauce. Put on top of the first ramen patty with a top bun. Feel free to eat your homemade ramen burger right away.
