Und is alles Protein. KAMPFKOLOSS!!!”).
#RamenBurger, my favorite style of burger. Perfect day to wander around the city and eat. 😄 (at Smorgasburg - East River Park)
Experience a fusion of Japanese and American flavors with this delicious Ramen Burger. Juicy beef patties are sandwiched between two crispy ramen noodle buns and topped with a spicy mayo sauce, creating a unique and satisfying burger experience.
Ingredients: 2 packs of ramen noodles. 1/2 pound ground beef. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. 1/4 cup sliced green onions. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the ramen noodles. Once they are done, drain them and let them cool. Put the ground beef, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Make two burger patties out of the mix. Put the burger patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook them until they're done the way you like them. For medium-rare, this usually takes three to four minutes per side. Set the patties aside while you make the spicy mayo sauce. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce together. Once the ramen noodles are a little less hot, divide them into four equal parts. Make a bun for each burger with two pieces. To shape the buns, press down hard on the noodles. Put one of the ramen noodle buns on the plate with the burger patties when they're done. Then add some shredded lettuce and sliced green onions on top, and then drizzle with the spicy mayo sauce. Place the last ramen noodle bun on top of each burger and serve right away.

A fusion of Japanese ramen and American burger, the Ramen Burger is a delicious and unique culinary experience. It features crispy ramen noodle buns, a juicy beef patty, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients: 2 packs of ramen noodles. 1/2 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup chopped scallions. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 egg. Vegetable oil for frying. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomato.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the ramen noodles. Take them out of the water and let them cool. The cooked ramen noodles, chopped scallions, egg, and half of the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles should all be put in a bowl together. Combine well. Make 4 equal portions of the ramen mix and shape them into patties about the size of burger buns. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. The ramen patties should be fried for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Over medium-low heat, cook the ground beef in a different pan until it's browned and done. Get rid of any extra fat. Put mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix them all together to make a sauce. To put together the ramen burger, start with the ramen patty on the bottom. Then add a beef patty, a slice of tomato, and sauce. Put on top of the first ramen patty with a top bun. Feel free to eat your homemade ramen burger right away.

And that is a wrap, #626nightmarket Arcadia 2022! (We uh... didn't actually get any wraps lol.) • It's always a fun time. We've been going since 2013, going back to favorites and discovering new ones. I'm happy to see this food festival expanding to more dates and places. • I was so happy to see the @indomieus booth back in the lineup. We were able to restock our yearly supply of the best instant noodles ever! We've explored almost all of @egghaustedla's menu and yet, we've never had the same design twice. Yay! We found a new go-to fave in @baozza. Those fried pizza baos are THE BOMB. The Brother scratched his sisig craving at @cuizinalb. After skipping a few years, I tried the #ramenburger again. And finally, an actual #matchablossom drink from @uncleteacafe. 🍵🌸 • See you next year, @626nightmarket! . . . . #foodie #foodstagram #foodfestival #egghausted #tamagoyaki #uncletea #baozza #sisig #bao #foodporn #nightmarket #food #yummy #sk8 #sk8theinfinity #kojironanjo #kaorusakurayashiki (at 626 Night Market) https://www.instagram.com/p/CiJ_fECv3f7/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
