this asshole had the entire city scared he was going to lead some kind of klan march and rampage through an immigrant neighborhood. he showed up yesterday with about 5 people and "marched" less than one city block before counter protestors super-soakered his ass in 10⁰ weather, pushed him back to his hotel, and ran him out of town. so so so proud of my city

The man told him he needed to leave or he would get hurt and escorted Lang away, and the moment Lang got clear of the crowd, he ran and jumped into the backseat of the first car he could, where the passenger, a trans woman, proceeded to chew his ass out as they drove away.

The only way we have to express how mad we are above this is channeling the First Minnesota all over again.

I like to think that Lady Skaði would be proud of her distant children.

Those of us here in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the metro area appreciate every bit of support we can get right now, especially with the federal government cutting off things like SNAP benefits for Minnesotans and threatening further retaliation. Keep us in your thoughts, and maybe pick a cause to support, if you can.

I've found that this editing settings.json thing never works anymore... I've used it in the past, and was even able to do so past the time when it was supposedly really, totally, finally deprecated by carefully preserving a version of the file that seemed to magically work for no reason I could figure out because it looked identical to one which did not; but for the past year or so no dice. But if you run into the same problem, there is an alternative: https://betterdiscord.app/ has a setting to restore the DevTools and whatever they're doing, it works.
