is bobby opposed to killing or just killing for no reason, because he got pretty close to killing the guys that killed kitty but had to be talked out of it (also, he was lowkey terrifying like that, and the way his eyes were dull except the tiny light I the middle was scary as shit)
which leads me to my other thing, I don't think he ever really got mad at the thought of Akihiro killing, more that he's a rogue mutant who is kinda really evil (and hot); and it's not like the both of them aren't murder machines but Bobby gives second chances and Akihiro doesn't
woah this was long
So giving my usual caveat here that I'm still working my way through X-Men comics, but in general the X-Men seem to have a philosophy of "It's better to avoid killing, but we'll do it if we have to (or if we're really, really mad)." Bobby usually comes across as one of the gentler ones, but he can be really fucking scary when he wants to be, like in the scene you're talking about. Also, there's no way people didn't die when he froze the world, I'm sorry. (Okay, yes, he was possessed then. Still.)
Also he has no problem hanging with former villains/criminals/antiheroes who kill a lot/whatever. Magneto, Rogue, Gambit, Storm, Emma, both Pyros, Logan...hell, he dated Mystique! X-Men seem to care less about what you did in the past and much more about what you're doing now. (See also the fact that Akihiro transitioned to being a hero very easily and has been on four separate hero teams with very little pushback.)
So yeah, I think Bobby avoids killing but accepts that it's sometimes necessary in their world (I'm not sure if he's ever canonically killed someone on purpose, will continue my research). And once he was convinced Akihiro had truly turned over a new leaf (and stopped sulking about the whole Judah thing), I don't think he would hold his past against him.
