Thought that entered my head: Bleach AU with transgirl Ichigo who is in deep denial until the first time she leaves her body as a Shinigami and her soul is clearly female. She now has to deal with coming out and transitioning on top of all the Bleach plot stuff (Yuzu is delighted and will be dressing her big sister up in girly clothes).
