The “cis is a slur” shit is so funny because you know the people who say that are using transphobic slurs in every other sentence and assuming that cis is derogatory because all of the terms they use for trans people are so the terms transgender people use to refer to their identity must be demeaning too. by default i dont understand people with boobs who argue against freeing the nipple and think top nudity is shameful. but ESPECIALLY i dont understand it when you live somewhere where temperatures can exceed like 80F. youre telling me you havent ever wished it was socially acceptable to walk downtown with your tits out when its hot outside. youre just okay with having to wear shirts in all weather and this doesnt bother you. i simply do not believe you............

I think a lot of people are pro-life because they know they would have been aborted, that is secretly their motivation and not actually a misguided interpretation of Christian theology or a belief that life begins at conception. They’re say shit like “What if your mom aborted you?” like, okay I wouldn’t be here, that really wasn’t on the table because my parents really wanted me and was on fertility treatments to try to have me. Would your mom have aborted you? Is that what this is all about, you wouldn’t have been born if your mother wasn’t coerced/forced to carry you to term and give birth to you so you feel like everyone else should be forced to give birth to their annoying baby?

I LIKE that she's messy and fucked up and problematic, I think it's a realistic depiction of how a lot of repressed and traumatized trans women are. I think the show goes to great lengths to explore how and why she is the way she is, and to evoke sympathy for this kind of person. it doesn't excuse her actions but it does make them understandable. and I think the fact women like that deserve sympathy is an idea worth stating and worth shouting. yes she's a bully and she hurt everyone around her and that may never change. she still deserves sympathy.
