there's just not enough gatekeeping in the black community for me. thats why white people and non black people hop over our fences walk right through the doors into our shit and then we be mad that they got in when it was our own people who let them in in the first place

And another thing if someone isn’t attracted to you, it’s not your job to convince them you’re worth being attracted to. Go where you’re welcomed not where you have to knock 30 times just to be tolerated. This desperation requires too much energy and there’s people who will never make you feel drained.

People don't realize how much strength it takes to pull your own self out of a dark place mentally. So, if you've done that today or any day, I'm proud of you.
