💖 Help me take Baby Girl to vet 💖

Hi everyone. As many of you may know, this is a blog strictly for my cat Baby Girl. Currently I'm diagnosed with a terminal illness and have been unable to work due to being on dialysis 7 days a week. When I adopted Baby Girl from the shelter, I had a job so could afford vet bills, etc.

Right now Baby Girl is dealing with excessive weight gain, despite me being careful of what my personal support workers feed her. I had a cat before Baby Girl with this exact issue and it turned out to be a thyroid issue which they needed medication for. I want to take Baby Girl to the vet to make sure she's okay but I can't afford it myself. The basic exam is $90 and I'm sure they will want to run further testing, so I'm going to need to raise $90 to begin with. Click here to donate 💖

you don't create cubes in an imaginary 3d environment that have to create a specific structure when you blink. your body doesn't force you to mirror your body movements.

you don't breathe in or out depending on the colour of the ground. you don't have a specific count of steps between cracks/seams in the ground.

you don't get a mental breakdown because h is the key in the middle of the keyboard and you can't figure out which thumb to press it with. you don't punch the wall because one hand hurts more than the other.

you don't collect random useless shit. you don't feel compelled to wear socks that are a specific height. you don't feel compelled to adjust your glasses every second so it touches a specific point on your nose.

you don't count how long it takes for you to breathe in and breathe out for the same amount. you don't knock in a specific pattern. you don't feel dirty when you haven't washed your hands for 15 minutes.

you don't get inappropriate thoughts no matter what you are thinking about even if it has no relation to anything inappropriate (tied to the sexual side of ocd).

you don't understand the pain that one feels when one realises ocd medications are NOT EFFECTIVE AT ALL (I took heavy doses for two years) and there is NO CURE for ocd. you live with it FUCKING FOREVER. FOREVER. MEDS DON'T FUCKING HELP SHIT.

please stop pretending that you have mental illnesses. it hurts us people that actually have them. I've seen people do this with adhd too but I don't have it.
