this is interesting to me because almost all of niall and ruben's choices made perfect sense to me. almost harrowing sense. but lori and maura's choices were mostly inexplicable, bordering on contrived. it felt a bit like the women were more devices for the story -- tbh, alby too. i'd love to hear your thoughts if you wanna share
