I love love love all of the headcanons that Grace would get tattoos post-canon on Erid. But I think, due to how Eridians function with sound and texture, something more like scarification or transdermal implants (in addition to regular piercings for dangly/noise purposes) would be more effective. Just so in love with the idea of a nerdy guy who felt very uncomfortable on Earth getting their happy ending as a body-modded gender noncomforming freak on another planet 😮‍💨
