Beyond this, don’t confirm that the person is an employee there or that you even know them.  They may be fishing, and you just confirmed that this is the person’s workplace.  

It’s so simple, just tell them you can’t disclose any information about employees or schedules. They can’t get mad at you for keeping people safe.
