Re: your post about peaches with tuna. The dish looked so appauling, yet intriguing that I decided to give it a go, thanks for the tip! However, tuna quality is piss poor in the "all meat, no fish" country I live in. I wondered then if combining canned tuna with naturally more sour apricots could work better. So I used them instead. Also, I mixed tuna with greek yoghurt + a few drops of lime juice, not mayo: my stomach can't properly digest anything + I just don't like mayo. It worked out!
