Ingredients: 150ml dandelion wine. 50ml rhubarb wine. 30ml carrot wine. A handful of fresh parsley leaves. Ice cubes. Optional: Sugar or honey to taste.
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine dandelion, rhubarb, and carrot wines. Add a handful of fresh parsley leaves to the shaker. Add ice cubes to the shaker. Shake well until the mixture is chilled. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice. Optional: Add sugar or honey to taste if desired. Garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
