Ah, wow. Seven years since it started, and almost five since we left it broken. Still working on fixing it, folks!

Berit and I are still in awe of how far it reached and to how many people. It means everything to us, and there’s very little more important to us than finishing the story. New people find it every day and comment on it, and I have to thank them while warning them on the current unfinished state.

My autoimmune disease still keeps my ability to do creative work at about 8% of what it was in 2019-2020, but once I realized I wasn’t probably going to get “better” in that regard, I’ve stopped waiting for a new medication to make me better (though fingers still crossed) and am trying to learn to work within my abilities as they are (I’m nowhere near that yet; I still instinctually want to work til I drop).

Thanks to all of our Tumblr fans and friends for the early and continued support. This has always been Althaar’s social media home, really, and the audience we started to think of once it started to catch on.
