1. Ok, that kinda checks out, maybe something changed over time - it's completely normal, for example I used to dislike vanilla scents and now I love them.

I think for me the idea of woody, forresty scents comes from thinking that the earthy tones really suit him: forrest green hoodie(?), dusty blue top in Ted's new video, that caramel corduroy puffjacket or brown corduroy shirt - yeah, corduroy also does its thing in this regard, I suppose.
Dear Aly, you get me! YSL's Libre Le Parfum is beautiful, however Intense is my favourite (sadly, I don't have full bottle, yet). I also liked Cheirosa 62 and 71, but yeah - not for summer, simply too sweet! But I'm still trying to find the summer scent - recently I checked out Armani Power of You and it seems alright, but I'd need to properly wear it to check if it's good enough to buy.
It's nice to talk about it with someone who is so descriptive and creative, Schlatt's fun facts also add a nice twist to it I must say.

I didn't mean like he could be a farmer or whatever just the vibes of it (forest, earth aka soil, leather, fireplace, etc), sth very cozy and strong at the same time, it does sth in my mind! So we're on the same page, just talking in different words <3

I really like Libre Intense as well!! It's amazing that we both like something from the Libre line. I really adore these scents.
I agree with mentioned Cheirosa scents being too sweet! Have you ever tried Lancome's La Vie Est Belle? It's floral, a little fresh and sweet but not too much sweet. I think it might be a good variant for the summer :) They released vanilla and intense versions too! Apparently there are more and one of them even described as "crisp". I'm intrigued 🤔
