The beauty of all this..

I'm posting this a few years later, now that I've just finished watching the final season of GO. I talked about it with my therapist, and I want to reiterate that despite its flaws, like all good things, GO saved my life and gave me the opportunity to meet wonderful people. The final moments of the third season brought this image to mind: I want it to be true for them, I want it to be true for me, I want it to be true for all the people who were lucky enough, despite everything in the world, to find each other. And I know we're still mad at NG, but considering everything that's going on in the world, "Why? Love" seems more than ever a life motto we should all follow, and that clearly brought this final season to life. I know that in the next three or four months we'll have the chance to discuss what we saw, destroy and reconstruct every scene in our minds, and then jump on AO3 to fix whatever we feel went wrong, but for now I feel infinitely grateful to have had the opportunity to see them together one last time. And nothing, I just wanted to share my impressions while I still have tears in my eyes. Thank you Crowley, thank you Aziraphale, you'll always be in my heart in an ineffable way.

I've been waiting so long for this moment, that only now do I realize how scared I was to see the trailer... I'm really not happy that I felt the same joy in seeing them together again! I missed you, lads!
