polish government has opened a website for ukrainians seeking safety and trying to cross the ukrainian-polish border:
ua.gov.pl
as of 13:10 polish time, it has been said as many people as possible will be let through the borders. they are also supposed to let through children who do not have passports, as to not divide families.
Gov.pl is a legit website connected to the polish government i use it to look at tax info and school stuff (it has the lessons for the teachers written out) and driving license info. So this is legit!!!
Ukrainian friends, you can also cross the border to Slovakia, with or without a passport, or at least thatâs the latest update from our Ministry of Interior. You must prepare yourselves for waiting in lines as they check every individual vehicle upon entering (waiting times according to our news are hours long because of shitty capacities but hopefully after today the officials will figure out a more effective system). If anybody has a link too, Iâd be grateful as I havenât found anything useful prior to adding to the post. I hope you all stay safe.
Romania is also willing to accept up to 500,000 refugees from Ukraine. Be prepared for long waiting times at the Siret border crossing.
If you can reach Germany, they are willing to accept refugees as well. Our minister of the interior, Nancy Fraeser, said that all Ukranians with a biometric passport can come to Germany even without a visa and stay there for 90 days.

I know itâs 2020 but Merlin AU where Uther notices a bunch of problems that could only be solved by magic ~spontaneously~ getting solved around Arthur, and concludes that this must be a side effect of Arthur only existing due to magical intervention. An intense bigotry-versus-parental-love internal conflict commences, followed by some thatâs-pretty-hypocritcal-of-you-isnât-it-dad screaming external conflict, generally upending everything. Merlin is standing in the corner the entire time holding a serving jug of mead and sweating.
Morgana, dramatically slamming open the throne room doors with both arms: IâM ALSO UNWILLINGLY MAGIC.
Arthur: What????
Morgana, raising one fist at him: Solidarity, motherFUCKER!
Arthur: What????????
Whatâs Uther gonna do? Whatâs he gonna fucking do???? Execute his secret Scottish child, but not his nonsecret blond heir child??? Theyâre ganging up on him now. Heâs fucking cornered.
#what a way for Arthur to get dumped into this drama#IâM PRETTY SURE I AM NOT MAGIC#âyou keep killing things that can only be killed by magic thoâ#âŚfull disclosure i often donât remember it#so sometimes you black out and accomplish magical feats?#NO! ( @whetstonefires )
At some point someone mentions that an eyewitness would be great. And they all realize that Merlin is persent for all these things and start asking Merlin what it looks like when Arthur performs these magical feats. And heâs half way through the royal mead so fuck it. And he starts talking about how Arthur glows and shit. And usually Merlin has to knock him on the head to get him to stop glowing and whooshing and what not and the idea that Merlin could be saving the prince from his own magical distraction is so absurd they decide itâs just a drunk idiot telling tales.
Merlin, really getting into this: It was to save you from your own magic, sire. I had no other choice. Thatâs⌠Thatâs what you do, you see a born sorcerer and you just wham, knock them out for their own good.
Morgana, thinking about her sleeping draughts: Itâs true Arthur thatâs what they do.
Arthur: Iâm.
Morgana: But itâs fine look we just have to win Merlin over to the side of magic.
Merlin: âŚ
Merlin: I donât know guys, thatâs going to be a tough sell.
Merlin: I just. I just donât know if I could be persuaded.
Arthur: Merlin, you arenât even from Camelot. Why would you have anti-magic biases.
Merlin: But youâre always so insistent magic is eeeevil.
Merlin: Maybe you should persuade me. Tell me whatâs so great about sorcerers.
Merlin blatantly and magically refills the jug with more mead: What? Whyâd you stop? Keep talking about how great sorcerers are Arthur. Come on now, you were just getting to the good parts.
Merlin, getting irritated after Arthur splutters for several minutes, gesturing with the jug: Look, thereâs no need to be modest! Say that sorcerers are brilliant and amazing and have myriad skills and cheekbones you can etch glass with.
Arthur turning red because he still thinks theyâre talking about him:
Morgana, tossing her hair: Thank you, Merlin. Your non-magical cheekbones are very nice too.
Just for once Iâd like to tell the gate agents and flight attendants that my folding wheelchair is going into the onboard closet and not have them tell me thereâs âno roomâ. Bitch thatâs a wheelchair closet, not a âyour bagsâ closet. Move your damn bags where they belong.
Ok, so according to my friendly aviation expert, this is a Big Fucking Deal. In fact, if an airline argues with you about putting your wheelchair in the wheelchair closet or even suggests there may not be room, unless there is already another passengerâs wheelchair in that closet, they have violated federal law.
CFR Title 14, Chapter II, Subchapter D, Part 382, Subpart E, Section 382.67, Subsection (e)
âAs a carrier, you must never request or suggest that a passenger not stow his or her wheelchair in the cabin to accommodate other passengers (e.g., informing a passenger that stowing his or her wheelchair in the cabin will require other passengers to be removed from the flight), or for any other non-safety related reason (e.g., that it is easier for the carrier if the wheelchair is stowed in the cargo compartment).â
Source
This is hugely important because it means that if this happens to you, you should report their asses to the DOT. Why? Because these statistics are published every year for every airline, and the airline gets a huge ass fine for every violation. If we want to see change, we need to make airlines literally pay every time they treat us this way.
Thanks a lot for posting this, bro! Flying while crippled is already difficult enough without people pulling this kind of shit. Also, make sure that if there is a piece of your wheelchair or something important missing off of it, that you make a big fucking deal out of it! Iâve had pieces fall off of my wheelchair and nearly lost a decoration I had on it that meant a lot to me because people were careless with my chair. Donât let them mistreat your wheelchair.

âDo you really think this is going to work?â asked Sam quietly as they watched Kelley spar with Benny. So far Benny was winning, but Dean knew how quickly that could change. Kelley had always performed her best when backed into a corner. It was only a matter of time before Benny made her feel trapped, and then it would be over.
âOf course itâs going to work,â said Kalisha beside him, her arms crossed as she watched the two fight. Benny threw Kelley back as they watched, and she stumbled and fell. True to her nature she was back on her feet in seconds, ducking Bennyâs next kick before moving in for her own attack. âSheâs already warmed up to us, and itâs only been a few hours.â
âKalishaâs right,â said Dean idly, his eyes following Kelleyâs every move. He knew her shoulder and knee were still bugging her, still holding her back. It was clear by the way she moved, the way she grimaced every now and then, even when Benny hadnât touched her. She was still in pain but refusing to let it stop her. âKelleyâs never been fragile. Treating her like she is would be an insult to her.â
This was proof.
Although obvious she was still wary, Kelley had warmed considerably since breakfast. The others, taking cue from him, had gone back to how they normally acted. Theyâd laughed, joked, picked on each other, and had even drawn a laugh from Kelley in the process.
She hadnât joined in like normal, but it was a start. When heâd led her down to the gun-range, her mouth had dropped open much like it had ten years ago. Sheâd been the most animated heâd seen her in weeks.
When heâd told her to spar with Benny, her eyes had positively lit up with excitement.
He turned sideways to Sam, Jack, and Cas as Kelley managed to get Benny down on the ground. Of course, it wasnât for long. Within seconds Benny had reversed the hold sheâd been attempting, but he didnât get to lock it in as she slipped away.
âJust because sheâs forgotten us doesnât mean sheâs not Kelley anymore.â
âWhat did the doctors say last time?â asked Jack quietly as Kelley dodged Bennyâs attack by inches. âAbout her memories coming back?â
With a heavy sigh, Dean closed his eyes for a moment. He was the only one allowed to accompany her to the doctors these days. Even though she never let him in the room when her appointments were on, the doctors always filled him in afterwards.
âThey donât hold out any hope sheâll remember,â he replied, his tone flat and lifeless. âKelleyâs memory loss is permanent.â She would never remember him.
That didnât mean she would never love him again. Did it?
Silence fell again as they watched Benny stalk Kelley around the room. He could see their lips moving, telling him they were taunting each other. Flicking a nearby switch, their voices filled the room and brought a smile to his face. ââŚjump from your ego to your skill Iâd die before I hit the bottom,â Kelley was saying, her lips pulled back in her trademark smirk.
âLove to see things from your point of view, Princess,â taunted Benny as Kelley slipped from his attempt at an armbar. âBut I canât get my head that far up my ass.â
Real original, Benny, thought Dean, resting his hands on the dash before him and leaning forward. To his delight, Kelley laughed as she moved in close.
âAm I meant to be offended?â she taunted, skilfully dragging Benny down and getting him in a Kimura lock. She locked it in.
Dean could have laughed then. Not because of her taunting, but because of what had happened the first time Benny had used that lock on her.
âGet off me,â growled Benny, desperately trying to break the hold Kelley had on him. Dean could tell it was hurting her to keep him like that, but she didnât let him go. âBitch!â
âWoof, woof, bark, bark,â she joked, jerking his arm back. âI came with a birth certificate, not a dog license.â She tugged his arm back more then, causing Benny to cry out. âGive up?â If she tugged anymoreâŚ
âFine, give!â he called angrily. Kelley let him go immediately, rolling away from him as they both panted heavily. âAsshole,â he growled as he got to his knees and rubbed his arm, eyeing her warily.
Kelley brought her hands to her mouth, her eyes wide as she watched Benny. âI never knew you thought I was so useful,â she mocked, blowing him a little kiss as she laughed. After Benny flipped her off, which she pretended to catch and stuff in her pocket, Kelley turned to the glass wall, her eyes landing on him. âWhoâs next?â
âI think you should take a break,â said Dean, pressing another button so his voice could fill the padded room. He could see her shoulder and leg were giving her trouble, and he didnât want her to overdo it. âWe can come down tomorrow and try again.â
âBullshit we can,â said Kelley, hands on her hips as she glared at him through the glass. âIâve been couped up in that fucking room for nearly three weeks now. Donât tell me youâre all too scared to fight me? Benny the only one with balls in this place or what?â
âWatch it, Kel,â growled Benny, his eyes locked on her as his chest heaved. âYou donât remember it, but itâs rare you manage to beat me.â
Dean laughed as Kelley smirked at Benny.
âAww, you look so cute when you try and act all tough,â she purred, winking at Benny before turning back to face him. âSo? Whoâs next, or do I have to fight the douchewaffle again?â He laughed again at Bennyâs expression.
âDouchewaffle?â repeated Benny, looking and sounding highly insulted as he glared at Kelley. She ignored him, as did everyone else.
Donât push her too farâŚ
Without looking he knew everyone was watching him closely, waiting for his decision. He kept his eyes on Kelley, trying to determine if she was actually capable of going again, or if she was just trying to play it cool.
Sheâd held the Kimura lock longer than heâd thought sheâd be able to with her shoulder. His eyes narrowed as she raised an eyebrow, as if daring him to go against her himself.
âJack,â he called, keeping his gaze on her as her eyes lit up again. âGo show her what youâve got.â
Dean kept his eyes on Kelley as she rubbed her hands together, moving around Benny as he huffed from the room. Jack left them to join her without a word, but Dean heard him cracking his knuckles.
âSo, does the computer boy have a better skill-set than the muscle?â she taunted as soon as he stepped into the room. She seemed relaxed, casual as she watched him. But Dean knew her well enough to see the subtle changes in her posture. He knew, without a doubt, that she was ready to fight. Even if it didnât seem like it.
âWhy donât you find out?â questioned Jack before he flew at her. Dean could have laughed at Kelleyâs reaction. Her face paled as she spun out of his way, narrowly missing the swipe of his arm. Heâd picked Jack for one simple reason.
Unlike the rest of them, he didnât waste time taunting his opponent.
âShe obviously hasnât forgotten how to fight,â grumbled Benny as he dropped down on the couch with Sam and Cas. âItâs not fair that sheâs gotten better.â
âYouâre just pissed âcause she beat you for once,â poked Cas, the grin obvious in his voice. âIâm surprised youâre not claiming you went easy cause of her injuries.â
Bennyâs face was priceless. While he didnât say anything, Dean was just as surprised as them that Kelley had beaten him. Surprised and pleased, and highly turned on. Kelley had that effect on him.
Like Benny, Jack didnât go easy on her just because of her injuries.
At first.
He barely gave her time to fight back as he pushed her backwards around the room. Kelley dodged an uppercut, jumped back to avoid a kick, but didnât anticipate Jackâs next move. His fist landed on her injured shoulder, making her cry out as she spun out of his reach. Dean leaned forward, waiting to see if she would call it quits.
âAre you okay?â asked Jack quickly, obviously feeling guilty for having hurt her. He moved forward, but even Dean knew what a mistake that was. âHey!â
Jack stumbled backwards as her fist snuck out and smacked the side of his face. Before he could react, Kelley spun and copped him in the chest with a back-kick, before swinging in close and bringing her elbow up under his chin.
Kelley and Jack had always been pretty evenly matched when they sparred. Even though he rarely needed to use it, Kelley was the one who had taught Jack how to fight as he did. Heâd known the basics, but sheâd helped him become as good as any of them. For the next quarter of an hour, the two danced around the room trading blows.
âSheâs wearing out,â commented Sam after a while.
He was right, Kelley was getting slower in her movements. Her face was flushed from exertion, her hair falling down from her bun in wisps. Jack was landing more blows than she could defend against, and Dean was tempted to call it quits for her.
He didnât, knowing it wouldnât win him any favours.
Come on, KelâŚ
It all came to a screaming halt when Jack managed to get her down on the ground. He wrapped his arms and legs around her frame, and within seconds had her in a neck crank submission hold she had taught him.
Immediately Dean knew that was a mistake on Jackâs part. He was already running from the viewing room when he heard her cry of pain. Kalisha, Benny, Sam, and Cas were right behind him as he burst into the sparring room.
âShit, Kel, Iâm so fucking sorry,â Jack was yelling as he hovered over her. Dean rushed to her side as she clutched her shoulder, her face screwed up in agony as she gasped for breath. âFuck, this is my fault, I didnât think! Iâm so sor-â
His apology was cut short when Kelleyâs fist connected with his jaw. He fell back on his ass with a cry of his own.
âSay sorry one more time, I dare you,â she groaned, trying to sit up on by herself. Surprisingly, she didnât push Dean away as he rested his hand on her lower back.
âYou okay?â he asked softly as she rubbed her shoulder and grimaced.
âIâm fine,â she got out, right before she groaned loudly and sort of fell into him. âFuck. Little Gnomeâs stronger than he looks.â Again, Dean couldnât help but laugh. âLittle Gnomeâ was what she often called Jack. It was heartening to hear her use the nickname again. âDonât laugh at me when Iâm in pain you cum-candle!â
âCum-candle?â Sheâd always been good with colourful insults, but that was a new one to him. Instead of answering, Kelley groaned again as she tried to push herself away from him. âAlright, thatâs enough for today. Come on, up you get.â
Instead of just pulling her to her feet, Dean stood and held his hand out for her. She eyed it for a second, before she reached out and took it, pulling herself to her feet.
âI wanna go again,â she said immediately, trying to roll her shoulder and gasping in pain.
âAnd I wanna visit the moon,â he retorted, pushing her towards the door rather forcefully. âWe donât always get what we want, Princess.â He caught her wrist as she tried to punch him, earning a nasty glare from her. âEnough. Move it, before I make you.â
âYouâre an asshole,â she mumbled, but she started for the stairs regardless. Dean just smirked as he followed after her. Heâd long ago lost count of how many times sheâd called him that.
If only sheâd call him big boy again⌠although, when he thought about it, it was probably a good thing she hadnât picked the old pet name for him back up. He wasnât sure he could control himself if she did.
âYou lot, back to it,â he said as he followed her to the stairs, turning back to the others. âIâll be back down soon, I wanna see you working when I do.â
âSlave driver,â he heard Kelley mutter on the stairs ahead of him, bringing his smirk back. It was clear sheâd meant for him to hear that, but he didnât let it bait him. At the top of the stairs, she turned to him, her hands on her hips. âWhen do I get to fight you, huh? Or donât you fight the workers, boss?â
God damn it, thatâs bad enough.
Sheâd used the same tone sheâd used for big boy, but this time it just aggravated him.
âPatience, Princess,â he replied, walking ahead of her, and waiting for the blow that never came. âYou wanna fight the boss, you gotta take out his henchmen, first.â
âYouâve said that to me before.â
The way she said it wasnât a question, and had Dean turning back in shock. Only then did he realise she hadnât moved. Hands still on her hips, Kelley watched him with a frown, her lips slightly parted.
âYou remember?â The doctors said it was impossible. He hadnât fully understood the medical terms theyâd used, but heâd got that much. Sadly, Kelley shook her head.
âI dunno it just⌠that, right there, felt like deja-vu to me,â she said slowly, still watching him closely. âI⌠Itâs more of a feelingâŚâ Her eyes widened then, and she looked down before rubbing the back of her neck.
âYou called me a dork,â he said gently, raising an eyebrow when she looked up. âYou sort of muttered it under your breath, along with what I think was âcunt-stubbleâ.â
Her eyes widened, but she actually laughed. It was quiet and short, more like a chuckle, but it was something.
âYeah, that does sound like me,â she replied, shaking her head as she moved to catch up to him. âFine, Iâll take them all on. And when I kick their asses, you better hold up your end of the deal.â
âYou need to heal before you think about fighting that hard again,â he chided as they started upstairs. âYou could have done serious damage back there.â
Getting too protective againâŚ
âLighten up, pussy,â she said dismissively, letting him guide her through the house. He could tell it annoyed her, she was a leader not a follower, but she was also still unsure about this place. Still couldnât see it as her home. She had been the same ten years ago. âWhat do you expect me to do for the rest of the day? Huh?â
âI donât really care,â he lied, shrugging his shoulders like it was nothing. âDo what you want sweetheart. Just rest that shoulder for now. You can have another go with Jack tomorrow.â When he started up the second set of stairs to their room, she stopped.
âIf you expect me to lay down again youâve got another thing coming,â she called. Again, Dean just shrugged his shoulders.
âDonât care if you lay down or not,â he replied, jogging up the last few steps. âBut you will get your ass up here and help me move your shit downstairs.â
âExcuse me?â she called almost angrily, and he heard her stomping up the stairs after him. âYouâre kicking me out?â
âNot out of the house,â he said quickly as she caught up, her face showing she was still in pain. âBut out of my bedroom, yes. This was my bed before you moved in, and I want it back. Youâre always welcome to share, baby doll.â
He remembered the night she had crawled in beside him all too well. And she had spent almost every night in that bed with him since.
âHow originalâŚâ
He had only been joking. He held no hope she would want to share a bed with him so soon. But as he shoved open their bedroom door and moved for the drawers, she surprised him once again.
âAlright, smart-ass,â she said, freezing him dead in his tracks. He turned slowly, seeing her in her âwonder womanâ pose with her smirk playing on her lips. âIâll share with you, on one condition.â
Wary, he turned to face her properly, crossing his arms over his chest as he eyed her off. âWhat condition?â
He would love to share a bed with her again, hold her close at night. At the same time, he knew her well enough to know it was never good to agree without hearing her proposal first. Thankfully, her request was a simple one.
âI donât face Jack tomorrow,â she said, confusing him for a second. âI take on you. Weâve obviously fought before. Why donât you show me what youâve got, boss?â Dean didnât have to think twice.
