I am in the miraculous -fannon- community. I feel that the current writing is not that good. I am not caught up on the show (season 5 and 6).

Popular: Marinette should not have made Gabriel a Hero.

Unpopular(?): Many are dissing Marinette's choose not to tell Adrian that his dad is a criminal. 1st: I am pretty sure Felix and Kagami also know his identity, so why are most of the anger towards Marinette? And reminder: she is a teen. Teens make emotional decisions all the time. And this is a big thing. How would you tell your SO, who already lost his mother, that his dad was a terr^ist and is now dead(?) It is a difficult topic and as a teen myself, I would probably do something similar. It is not right, but this is a topic I do not think most would know what to do in if they were in her shoes.

Popular opinion: The writers have no idea how to make a compelling love story or how to write a teen girl.

Unpopular(?): Marinette having a toxic crush could have been good, plot wise. She is not perfect and was not that popular before the show started, so her social skills would not be the best (I am ignoring the Kim thing, that came out of nowhere). A good character arc could have been her (and her friends) learning what makes a crush healthy or not. An adult could give them a talk. And Marinette would learn how to handle it and confess to Adrian, not to date him, but because he should know. It would be made clear that the crush was unhealthy for the both of them and is not right. Marinette's feelings would become healthier and they could grow distant (it is a big bombshell) before working on their friendship again. (The talk between Adrian and Marinette could have that neither are quite ready for a relationship period, as Adrien has his father and Marinette has her toxic crush and behavior.)

Popular: Chloe should have had a redemption arc. (Before season 3, and the spider incident is tied in with Kim, so lets just pretend it is not in the rewrite), therapy would have been a good plot point for her. And cheating scandal.

Unpopular(?): Adding Zoe would have also been good, to show Chloe's mother's toxic behavior and having Chloe have emotions based on Zoe and her classmate's friendship. They would have forgave, but not forget Chloe's behavior.

Popular: The Kung Food episode is pretty racist.

Unpopular(?): Chloe should apologize to Great Uncle Cheng. It would be a good plot point and have her face consequences of actions. AND it would be a good episode to 1. acknowledge that apologizes do not = forgiveness or forgetting behavior & 2. teach people about racism, microaggressions, and different Asian cultures.

Unpopular(?): Soquline would have been a good character if given more screen time and a new backstory, like being Marinette's cousin.

Popular: Marc and Nath is a good ship

Unpopular(?): Should have had a good apology, more time and an acknowledgement that: Nath has trust issues and it was not smart to assume Ladybug would leave her diary out, Marc has social anxiety and a character arc could be him standing up for himself more, this whole thing was a terrible miscommunication and it starts an arc on communication.

Favorites:

Hocus Pocus x RB (Hocus Pocus with Cody as the dude, Cece as the little sis and Pricilla as the love interest) where the next day, Cody gets comatose. Winnifred took too much of his life force. His siblings turn to dark magic and technology to revive him.

Deadly Kitchen Love AU: -Chief Burns Villain-, everyone on Griffin Rock has powers except Cody, Kade has water manipulation, Dani has shapeshift, Graham has super strength, Chief has cooking magic, Chiefs terrible mom lives with them, Kade is forced to be perfect as he can heal and put out flames, Dani and Graham are kind of forgotten and have burdens pushed upon them, Cody is neglected only to be remembered when a punching bag is needed, Chief tried to defend them, was pushed away from his kids and was emotionally abused/manipulated, Chief got sick of this and poisoned his mom, he blew up the firehouse and the mayors house (Maybe even Prescott's house), he knock out his kid and ran away with them, regrets not listening to Woodrow, inspired by   

(working on 2 big things (Friendship au -RB and MLB- and Pokekids au, had 0 luck with my motivation, but I hope this is good.)

An earthquake started on the mainland, requiring all the rescue bots to come help

While looking for what caused it, Cody (15) goes missing

Sigma 17, the Burnses, the Greenes, the recruits, Team Prime and The Bee Team tried to look for him (Team Prime and The Bee Team wear draged into this), but never found him

3 years later: Madeline Pynch and Archnid were found with illegal experiments

The teams had to arrest the scientists and save the experiments

One was a kid of about two/three (techno organic) and a scared Decepticon (Hacker)

(In this AU they all hate Decepticons by defult. You have to earn their trust.)

They (Team Prime and Team Bee) were not particularly nice to Hacker, bit nice to the kid (Teddy), (Sigma 17 were nicer as Hacker is young)

Cece tried to befriend both of them, as that was what Cody would do, and convinced Frankie too

While talking, Hacker called Graham "Ham Ham", a nickname Cody called him when Cody was younger

Hacker is Cody (experimented) and Teddy is his Techno Organic child that Arachnid insisted on making when he was human

Took a while, but got the evidence to prove that Hacker is Cody
