This chocolate peanut butter fudge is a delightful treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and the creamy goodness of peanut butter. It's easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.
Ingredients: 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Cover an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra on the sides to make it easy to take off. Put chocolate chips, peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the mixture every 30 seconds in the microwave until it is smooth and well mixed, which should take about two to three minutes in total. Watch out not to get too hot. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla extract and mix well. Spread the mixture out evenly in the pan that has been prepared. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan and cut it into squares. Serve and have fun! Put any leftovers in a container that won't let air in.
