Ingredients: 1 cup cold brew coffee. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree. 1 tablespoon heavy cream. 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Liquid stevia or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener to taste. Ice cubes.
Instructions: In a blender, combine cold brew coffee, almond milk, pumpkin puree, heavy cream, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the creamy pumpkin cold brew over the ice. Optional: sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish.
