These keto garlic dinner rolls are a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional dinner rolls. They are fluffy, flavorful, and perfect for serving alongside your favorite keto-friendly meals.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup melted butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Add the coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt to a large bowl and mix them all together. Mix the eggs and melted butter into the dry ingredients by stirring them in well. Chopped parsley and minced garlic should be added now. Break the dough into eight equal pieces and roll each one up. Put the rolls on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and done. Enjoy while still warm!
