This is a recipe for grilled chicken that is bursting with the flavors of tacos and lime. It's great for a barbecue or a quick and tasty dinner during the week.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 2 teaspoons ground cumin. 2 teaspoons chili powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Put cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the lime juice and mix everything together. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts that are in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for the best results. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Once the chicken is out of the marinade, put it on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C. After grilling, let the chicken cool down for a few minutes before cutting it up. Add fresh cilantro on top and serve hot. Have fun with your tasty Taco Lime Grilled Chicken!
