These Petite BBQ Bison Burgers are a tasty take on regular burgers. They are made with lean, flavorful bison meat that has a smoky BBQ kick. It's great for a small gathering or a quick dinner during the week.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground bison. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp BBQ sauce. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 small burger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for garnish.
Instructions: Ground bison, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Make 4 equal portions of the mixture and shape them into small burger patties. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the bison burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of grilling. Put the burger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown. Put lettuce, tomato, and onion slices on the bottom bun of the mini BBQ bison burgers. Then put a bison patty with melted cheese on top of that. Serve hot with your favorite sides and extra BBQ sauce. Have fun!

Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off later. Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the mixture every 30 seconds in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted. Add the vanilla extract and brownie mix and mix them together well. Add the chopped Reese's peanut butter cups and mix them in. Pour the fudge mix into the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the Reese's peanut butter chips on top of the fudge.
