Ingredients: 1 box of cake mix flavor of your choice. 1/3 cup of frosting. 1 package of candy melts color of your choice. Cake pop sticks. Sprinkles or decorations.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to bake the cake. Allow it to totally cool down. Use your hands or a fork to break up the cool cake into small pieces. Mix the cake crumbs with 1/3 cup of frosting until everything is well mixed. Roll the dough into little cake balls and put them on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Each cake ball should have a cake pop stick put into it. Put the cake balls in the freezer for twenty to thirty minutes. Follow the directions on the package to melt the candy melts. Let the extra candy melts drip off after you dip each cake pop in them. Sprinkles or other decorations can be added to the cake pops while the candy melts are still wet. Put the cake pops in a cake pop stand or a foam block to let them set all the way. Your Cake Pops for Christmas are ready to eat once the candy coating has set. You can serve them at your holiday party or put them in clear bags with ribbons to give as gifts.
