This lemon dill smoked salmon pasta is a delightful combination of smoky salmon, bright lemon, and fragrant dill, all brought together with a creamy sauce. It's quick and easy to prepare, making it perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.
Ingredients: 200g smoked salmon, flaked. 300g pasta of your choice. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill. Zest of 1 lemon. Juice of 1 lemon. 1/4 cup heavy cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant. Add flaked smoked salmon to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in chopped dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook for another minute. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
