I have anxiety-induced hissing, which sounds/feels different from sound-induced tinnitus (which I have also experience). Sound-based tinnitus actually sounds like you’re “hearing” something in your ears, whilst the hissing I have feels like it’s “inside my head”, if that makes sense. But this technique still helps!!

Gonna try the "condiments in the drawers, produce on the door" for a while and see how it takes. Leftovers on top for easy visibility (another object permanence issue), frequently used items in the middle, more produce on the bottom (mostly bunny food).

Justin Tredeau has very much played into and used his father's reputation and public image to his advantage throughout his career, so Jagmeet Singh replying to Tredeau's remarks this way specifically isn't just him making a snappy one liner its also him calling that out/challenging Trudeau's image as the perfect version of his father.

Singh isn’t just telling Justin Trudeau that he’s not living up to his father. Singh’s positioning himself as a better successor to Pierre Trudeau because he’s more willing to make bold decisions — so it’s also an indirect way of calling Justin a waffling coward.
