This Easy Grilled Tandoori Chicken recipe brings the flavors of traditional tandoori cooking to your backyard grill. Marinated in yogurt and spices, then grilled to perfection, it's juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients: 1 kg chicken thighs, boneless and skinless. 1 cup plain yogurt. 3 tablespoons tandoori masala. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 tablespoon ginger paste. 1 tablespoon garlic paste. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt to taste. Vegetable oil for grilling.
Instructions: Spice mix tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, and salt should be mixed together in a large bowl to make the marinade. Make sure the chicken thighs are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put the dish in the fridge for at least two hours, or better yet, overnight. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Take the chicken out of the marinade and shake off the extra. Throw away the rest of the marinade. Lightly brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to keep food from sticking. Chicken thighs should be grilled for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and some spots are charred. Do not cool down. Serve hot with naan, rice, and your favorite chutney.
