This Avocado Burger is a keto-friendly delight, replacing traditional buns with fresh lettuce leaves. Packed with flavor from seasoned beef patties and creamy mashed avocado, it's a satisfying meal for anyone following a low-carb lifestyle.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 2 ripe avocados. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp cumin powder. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves for wrapping. Optional toppings: tomato slices, bacon strips, cheese slices.
Instructions: Ground beef, diced red onion, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix well. Make patties out of the beef mix. Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat to get it ready. As for how done you want them, cook the beef patties for four to five minutes on each side. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit while the patties are cooking. Take out the meat and use a fork to mash it. The burgers should be put together by putting a lettuce leaf on a plate, then adding a beef patty, mashed avocado, and any other toppings you want. Put the burger inside the lettuce leaf and wrap it up to serve.
