I was so excited to finally go to Denver Pride this year since it is the first year in awhile without a nerd convention on the same weekend, but I refuse to go now that they’re becoming even more a part of the problem.

My friend had it especially bad as a child where she’d end up forgetting where she was after being overwhelmed by some new situation, and would have anxiety attacks. She could never finish anything in one sitting and got frustrated and upset with multiple breakdowns because of how hard it was to just do one thing from start to finish.
