Hell, Reg got the mark at 16 when dumbledore was fully aware that he was in an abusive death eater household but didn't get him out. There was no way he DIDN'T know why Sirius had no choice but to run so why was DumbleWhore so happy leaving Reg there after?

But why did he only offer him help when it directly affected him? He was the child of two known death eater families and was clearly not okay but dearest dumbles only offers help AFTER this TEENAGE BOY (again, 16) had been forced into getting the mark because it was part of his little plan

when i was 8 i started getting abused by my step mom, physically. i would walk into school bruised and sad. i spent days alone and in fear of when she would come home.

when i was 13, i ran away. no shoes on, in 40 degree weather (which was unusual for texas). i ended up 15 miles away in the dark, cops and family and family friends searching for me for hours but never finding me. i was in a ditch shivering, and my first thought was to call my older cousin.

His name is Zach, just about 6 years older than me, and i called him with my phone on 2 percent, crying, and begged him to pick me up. my exact words were “please save me”.

he got to me, and when i got into his car, he hugged me, tight, and the only thing he said to me was “i’m glad you’re okay”.

All my friends on the Boy Scout trip who just wanted me to teach them how to make styrofoam napalm while the scoutmaster was gone and will pretend this conversation never happened as soon as it’s over:
