I pirated everything but the first season of Akagi drama is actually up on prime and crunchyroll in some countries. It's killing me that it's just season one like it literally cuts off in the middle like the anime. And it's not even the beginning. Crazy stuff. Anyway:

Kaiji the stage (2020) has an official blueray and dvd release which I think it's only available in Japan BUT there is a torrent in Japanese and 20 minutes of a stage rehearsal with English subs on youtube (this one is actually official, they were promoting the live stream, which was the reason for furuhata blowjob becoming a meme for 5 minutes). 10/10 will recommend forever!!!

Akagi drama (2015-2018) season 1 (Washizu arc pt 1) has like a million different torrents I got this one; season 2 (Nangou arc); you can stream them all including season 3 (Washizu arc finale) on https://akagidrama.blogspot.com/, the download links are dead but you can torrent it. Very silly, both intentionally and accidentally, pretty enjoyable too.

Akagi (1995) movie (the very first arc, they don't leave the first mahjong parlour) is up on archive.org recorded from a VCR, and a DVD version is torrentable. I know English subtitles exist but all the torrents are dead. It's still very enjoyable (just brace yourself for Yasuoka trying to assault a woman at the beginning idfk)

Akagi (1997) movie (fake Akagi arc with a bunch of changes) has a torrent and again subtitles are lost in the ether. It's kinda lame but like it's got its charm too. Akagi looks like Keanu Reeves.

Ten drama (2018) has a torrent with subs. It has nothing on the original but it's still Ten so of course I liked it.

There are also a million Gin to Kins and subtitles exist but idk if the torrents are functional atm as I haven't used them. Yet.

I looked up what else there is on mydramalist and I remembered I straight up forgot about the Kaiji movies lol. They all suck <3 Fem!Endou is their only good choice and even that is questionable. Movie 1 and 2 vaguely follow the original story with a lot of modifications and movie 3 is just their own original bullshit. They're all available for streaming and download, like, recently I even saw the 2020 one on youtube.
