But that’s not racist or anything.

Tobacco companies can claim they aren’t racist, but the facts might make you wonder. Areas with an African American majority have double the amount of tobacco advertisements per person compared with white-majority areas.(1) In the seven years after Big Tobacco admitted that their products were deadly, the average young person in American was exposed to 559 tobacco ads per year, every adult female saw 617 advertisements, while African American adults saw 892 ads.(2) Are you getting the sense this is not an accident.
