Well, there’s nothing inappropriate to be banned here except that this video does not go along with the Starz narrative which is why it was banned! If the motorcycle is insured and registered in mainland UK including Scotland there are still restrictions in NI especially for insurance . You normally can have between 30 to 90 days depending on your policy as it’s considered outside your home area as insurance policies are also determined on where you live and circumstances of where the vehicle is kept and or stored .
