😱The Mystery of the Rocking Trailer Has Finally Been Solved😱

I think we’re entitled to take a moment to genuinely appreciate the strength of this fandom. (Again. For at least the second time this week alone.)

[Disclaimer: I haven’t seen anyone discuss this yet, so what I’m bringing you is not exactly breaking news. It is, however, deeply hilarious.]

There’s a long-standing legend surrounding the early seasons of the show which can best be summarized as:

If the trailer’s rockin’, don’t come knockin’.

And now our two little doves have decided to neutralize that legend in an Entertainment Weekly interview from two weeks ago.

In the most devastating way imaginable.

Let’s review the testimony:

Sam: In early seasons we had quite small trailers. Yeah. We had a two-way and ummm…

Caitriona: and his side of a trailer would just start rocking and you’re like “What is he doing in there? But he was lying down folding his kilt and wrapping it around”.

. . . And so the mystery is officially solved. Apparently, the trailer was rocking because Sam was wrapping himself in tartan. Seems perfectly reasonable to me.

. . .

Another glorious win for the Delulu Department.

Also, it sounds like their nanny was on set during work hours. Why else would C be listening to a baby monitor at work? In that case Sam should know her “only” son very well since they worked 14 hour days. The narrative wants us to believe he met the kid like once. 🤣
