Internal struggles and external conflicts ultimately stem from our primal needs and primal emotions. Two key sources in this are feeling #safe and feeling #valued how we act and what we do in the world or acting out usually comes from feeling valued if we don't feel valued we don't value and often repeat negative cycles as this is familiar to us and gives a false sense of safety or we continue this because we don't value ourselves and generally aim low and remain in negative cycles. Our personal habits with money or the job we do and what we do to challenge ourselves generally comes from feeling safe and security. These stem from our childhood years and the wounds in them and how we perceive ourselves after experiencing trauma or how others see us and tell us we should be. The way to tackle this is look at the bigger picture and revert to authentic self after gaining insight. Ask yourself who are you really? What do you believe? And what do you want and deserve in your life? .... and are you being true to this? Look at what authentically makes you feel safe and secure and how you can get this. Then what is your value and are you projecting yourself at full price or giving discounts to create an illusion in your life. #strive #drive #thrive #intention #lifetips #senseofself #mensstyle #menshealth #womenshealth #gaylife #gayuk #value #culture #perception #consciousawareness #lifestyleblog #article #bloggerstyle #style #psychology #sociology #theorist #instagay #gaystagram #mindfulness #culture #writersofinstagram #coacheslife (at London, United Kingdom)
