“Sherlock I have to get back to Rosie.”

“I know, but… just one night. I don’t want to be alone.”

“Ok, fine.”

“…”

“Why tonight?”

“Hm?”

“Why did you want me to stay tonight? You usually think it whenever I leave, but tonight you chose to say it. Why?”

“I wanted more tea.”

“You’re not fooling me. Try again.”

“I fancied a chinese and couldn’t be bothered-“

“Sherlock.”

“Mrs Hudson keeps trying to make conversation.”

“Nope.”

“…”

“I was remembering from those two years, when I was… gone, how I felt without you, John. I didn’t want to waste an opportunity to spend time with you now.”

“If it makes anything different, I hate leaving every night. I hate disappointing you.”

“Then why not come back?”

“I.. I just…please can we not have this conversation right now?”

“I just want to know, John. Then I’ll stop pressing the issue.”

“Fine. It’s because… every time I think about living here, I think about how it used to be. But then I always remember that nothing can ever be like that again. We can’t turn back time.”

(inaudible mumbling)

“Sorry, Sherlock?”

“Never mind.”

“Tell me, I mind.”

“I said that even if we can’t turn back time, it always feels as if it stops when you’re here.”

“I feel the same way, Sherlock. Time always stops here. That’s something that I love so much about this flat.”

“John, I think the most important thing to remember about this flat, is that it’s changed, like us. Grown old, needed fixing, been damaged. But it’s always our home. And no one can change that, because we are the two people who make it a home.”

“…”

“Oh stop smiling, you arrogant sod. I’m only crying because I’m realising what a shit father I’m being to my daughter by leaving her with Molly for, what is it, 3 hours? Bloody hell, I only came to drop off something from Greg.”

“It’s fine, I’m sure she won’t mind. Molly is utterly besotted with Watson. I can see why.”

“And why is that?”

“Because she’s your daughter.”

“…”

“If I’m being completely honest, I’ve been thinking for a while now that my house is a bit empty for just the two of us. It’s still a big decision, but I think it would do us all well. I still have to clean out a lot of the stuff lying around, and box it all up and transport it, but I think we are capable of doing that. Of course this is all on the basis that my offer is still on the table.”

“Of course, John. I would love to help you pack up, just for the sake of efficiency. Unless you would like some privacy whist going through your things.”

“No… I think it’s fine, yeah. I’ve moved on from all of that, you know? It’s fine, it’s all fine. God, that takes me back.”

“Hm?”

“From Angelo’s, from A Study In Pink.”

“Ah, yes.”

“…”

“You know what, Sherlock, for the first time in ages, I think everything is going to be fine.”

Sherlock: Kind, dumb, blonde, sarcastic and has served in the Army.

John: That sounds kind of like me. Too bad I'm not a girl.

Sherlock: ...did I mention dumb?

John: Yeah, you did.

Part 1 of my Sherlock Remake

If you missed my rant on the lack of positive queer representation in BBC Sherlock and media in general, I am redrawing Hounds of Baskerville (cos it’s my favorite), one panel at time, adding a positive, canon, queer relationship between Sherlock and John as well as any other LGBTQA things I can squeeze in. I’m hoping to post 5 panels every 2 or 3 days but we will see how it goes. I’m doing this for my own satisfaction, BUT I want the Sherlock fandom to be able to enjoy too! If any one has any ideas on how I can add Johnlocky/LGBTQA things to this episode let me know! Send me a message! Or if you have any other ideas for this project, I would love to hear them and maybe even include them in it! Thanks again for the support!
