Words are spells. Spirit has been guiding me... so this time I’ll show & tell: Peace? What piece do you see? The kind I made was fought with real tears Cycles upon cycles I had to fight away fears Cut ties from the past And passed through Hell and then back Dealt with familiar demons often seen, In places I’d never dream Glued to limelight, is to what they are keen Be aware, I prefer things out of ‘the scene’ Disconnected from the matrices of life Allowed reconnection with Divine Perfection I whirled through time —— Time exhausted, time traveled spent from present, past on to future, Scrolling out of the now, looking for direction Searching for satisfaction from lost perfection All dressed up —- yet still it’s me Kissed by the angels Blessed by trees Gifted with all sorts of affinities Micro-dosed with masculinity And finely gripped onto femininity In me The Divine built a stronghold And gave me new eyes to uphold Loving thy Yin, as much as thy Yang Weaved true self-love, passed any shame It’s true, just as far as the eyes can see We’re exactly where we’re supposed to be Now close the eyes and be surprised Sometimes windows to the Soul are compromised All that truly means the world Can never been touched, remains unseen Now that explains what I really mean… When it’s said it’s time to disconnect, Take that as code word to reconnect. En diferentes momentos de nuestras vidas, quizás algunos de nosotros hemos sentido algún tipo de forma particular que nos hizo querer cambiar nuestras vidas para mejor. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ . Y algunas de las primeras preguntas que a menudo nos hacemos son las siguientes: 1. ¿Por qué quiero cambiar? 2. ¿Qué quiero cambiar? 3. ¿Cómo hacerlo? 4. ¿Dónde debería empezar? Pues, siendo consciente de tu “por qué” y “cómo” es igual si no más importante del “qué” sí mismo de que Usted quiere cambiar. ¿Por qué? Ejemplo de un hábito que un@ quiere cambiar: "Yo quiero dejar de beber alcohol". ¿Y entonces ...? ¿Qué hay que hacer más después de notar la meta? 1. Cierre los ojos 2. Piense en la primera vez (o en el tiempo lo más temprano o más reciente que puede acordar haber hecho la cosa dichosa). 3. Reflexione sobre su “por qué” por haber hecho tal cosa en primer lugar. (Se honest@ con sí mism@) 4. Escriba lo que viene en mente por nuestro entonces 5. Desde aquí, piense en otras maneras más saludables que quizás Ud. puede cometer en hacer (así que puede resolver la causa inicial de una manera más alineada con sus metas, salud y bienestar general). 6. Escriba el primer paso de lo que usted compromete a hacer después (desde donde se encuentra ahora en su vida ahora mismo, teniendo en cuenta la vida que Ud. Imagina para sí mism@, más alineada con sus metas y valores) Esto es solo el inicio de un plan de acción. Si no tomamos tales decisiones actives para contrarrestar malos hábitos, igual que las cosas que permitimos entrar en nuestra vida sin construir límites, tambien estos hábitos se pueden construirse sin límites en nuestra vida. Así, mejor más temprano que tarde, examine las “por qué” en nuestra vida para que podamos avanzar con más fortaleza y un sentimiento de auto-empoderamiento, en vez de vivir la vida en piloto automático gobernado por hábitos poco saludables.   Por supuesto, hay muchas formas de abordar cómo romper y desarrollar prácticas. The world as we know it is changing, it always has. Change is the only thing that’s ever constant, so that’s not the problem per say. Instead, let’s take a different approach to healing & harming. Rather, let us concern ourselves instead with the welfare of the civilians and precious lives of those at “Home”, within our own (hu)man-constructed borders, before we attempt to address those in the respective homes of our relatives and friends, and even more so to people we understand even less. We can’t dare to put on stern faces of self-righteousness when we haven’t cleaned up entirely at Home in a while ourselves. That would be hypocritical. Let’s be accountable and intentional about the types of realities we create amongst each other. Let u(s), those who value their peace within themselves and in their Home(s), strive towards actively creating such safe and peace-full environments within the confines of our inner circles. No promises that’ll it’s always going to be easy, but it will be worthwhile. Why? Because by actively and consciously creating peace, we naturally contemplate less on war as a humane option. This takes practice. We could all do each other a favor and begin by starting to put out any leftover fires of war that still may be brewing in many aspects of (y)our Homelife. Start now.
