I always like in fics where Severus is like “I’m an old man” because he’s literally in his mid/late thirties depending on the time which isn’t old in Muggle society but in Wizarding society… it’s even less old? He’s still a baby wizard but he insists on thinking of himself as a hundred year old man. He’s just so tired. I relate.
