I'm haunted by a PhD student who calls for 'research help' and gives prompts like 'I read a paper once that had a table in it with a comparison of international fertility guidelines' and just expects you to be able to find that paper and send it to them... I've had 4 >30 minute calls with them over the year and all have just left me feeling very used and confused

folks, I missed a call from them because I was in a meeting but now I am definitely screening my calls for the afternoon because the reply to my email asking what they needed help with is off the chart bonkers

Lol I'm going through my work tag and this person thanked me in their published PhD so I guess I did a good job in the end.
