Some of y'all in fandom don't draw the line when it comes to racism, and it would be much easier if you just called it like it is. Like the selective outrage that comes about when, say, an author is being called out for problematic behavior, when poc fans have been addressing the problems at hand, but were dismissed or harassed, is crazy. It's just when we were talking about the racial aspects, no one wanted to listen, and now, people are surprised that those aspects could cause other forms of bigotry to show up in the text.
