But Peter comes over later and he finds out when he encountered Peter while he was drunk his face lit up immediately and he hugged Peter and began to ramble, “Peter! Peter, I’m so happy to see you! Oh Peter, I’m so happy to see you.” And he had just smiled the whole time and every word was so incredibly genuine that Peter couldn’t help but cry because he was so loved and this was his hero. And Tony, although slightly embarrassed even though every word was true, could almost cry too because he was so relieved he didn’t hurt Peter. Anyway, I just love the concept of Tony thinking he turned into Howard when he was drunk but instead he just rambled about how much he loved Peter.
